Allison Strayer joined Hook Law in 2023 as an associate attorney specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and fiduciary litigation. She considers it a privilege to work with Hook Law’s clients and families and guide them through the estate and trust process. Proficient in Spanish, Allison obtained her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, where she received the Ronald L. Fick Book Award in the State Civil Pre-Trial Practice and Procedure class, concentrating on Virginia Procedure. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
